Right of Withdrawal

Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last item of goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online. To do so, click the "Cancel Contract" button in your customer account, or visit www.one-third.de/pages/retoure. If you make use of this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g., by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. Since shipping is free of charge and included in the product price, you will be reimbursed the full purchase price.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us, at the following address:

Returning the goods is free of charge for you. We will bear the cost of return shipping and will provide you with a return label upon request.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

 

Note on Bundle Products with Digital Content

Our products are offered as a bundle consisting of a physical item and digital content (e.g., a PDF download). The right of withdrawal applies to the entire bundle. If the withdrawal is validly exercised and the purchase price refunded, the license to use the included digital content automatically expires. Further use of the digital content after the refund has been issued is not permitted.
